PSP-3000 Has Been Hacked

One of the reasons for the relative gains that the Nintendo DS has been making against the PlayStation Portable on all markets except for Japan is the fact that some publishers have been avoiding the handheld from Sony because of the issues related to hacking and piracy.
When the PSP-3000, the new hardware upgrade to the device, was launched earlier in the fall, Sony hoped to have a time frame during which it could promote the idea of a piracy free console which would attract more titles.
It seems that the PSP-3000 was cracked by intrepid users only one month after the October release date. The idea is that you can get a battery which puts the whole console in full service mode; that means that users can then downgrade the firmware of the system and access all those nice tools and applications that are typically associated with hacking and piracy. The battery, which is being sold by Datel, a company based in England, has a switch that can be used to bring it and the console out of service mode and into normal operation. It appears that the method works with both the PSP-3000 and earlier models and the battery, dubbed “Lite Blue Tool”, can be purchased for 30 dollars.

The PSP-3000 features a better screen, with more colors and a better viewing quality in direct sunlight. There's also a microphone designed to make the handheld a “communication platform”. After launch, some users reported issues related to scan lines visible on the screen of the PSP and Sony reacted by saying that there is no clear way to fix the problem, which affects only a small number of users. Sales of the device were very high in Japan on launch day but are currently below those of the Nintendo DSi.

Windows 7 Ultimate Cracks Available for Pre-Beta Build 6801

Still, the January 2009 expiration date remains in place

While Windows 7 has yet to reach Beta stage, the first workarounds to illegally activate this operating system are already available in the wild. Microsoft offered Windows 7 Ultimate pre-Beta Build 6801 to participants at its PDC 2008 and WinHEC 2008 events. The third major development milestone of Windows Vista's successor was subsequently leaked in the wild, with all the major torrent repositories offering access to the testing build. However, although in pre-Beta phase, Windows 7 still requires to be activated, and with the product keys delivered by the company at this year's PDC and WinHEC a tad more private than the actual pre-Beta bits, the first cracks for the operating system have been put together to deal with the activation process.

Acompanying leaked and still valid product keys, the Windows 7 activation cracks only manage to take the operating system beyond the initial grace period limitations. Since pre-Beta Build 6801 is just a taste of the next iteration of the Windows client delivered for testing purposes, the bits are time-bombed. Crack or no crack, Windows 7 Ultimate pre-Beta build 6801 is scheduled to expire in January 2009. Microsoft has already stated that plans are in place to start offering the first fully fledged Beta of Windows 7 in early 2009.

Still, the first hacks designed to bypass the normal activation process for Windows 7 indicate that the next version of the Windows client will follow in the tracks of its precursor. Despite the consistent anti-piracy measures built into the platform, Windows Vista activation cracks were made available hot, on the heels of the actual operating system. Vista came to the table with Reduced Functionality Mode, a mitigation designed to cut access to features and functionality for Vista copies detected as non-genuine.

Although present in Windows 7 Milestone 1, Reduced Functionality Mode has been, since then, scrapped completely from both Vista, with the release of Service Pack 1, and from Windows 7 in subsequent Milestone releases. It was not until one year after Vista RTM that Microsoft managed to deal with the OEM BIOS and Grace Timer cracks for Vista, and by the looks of the early Windows 7 activation workarounds, the company will continue to be forced to flex its anti-piracy muscles.

Milestone 3 Pre-Beta Build 6801 and Build 6801+

Microsoft is currently moving onward with the development of Windows 7, having passed Milestone 3 with the operating system. According to Steven Sinofsky, senior vice president, Windows and Windows Live Engineering Group, the Redmond company is now cooking the Beta 1 release of Windows 7. But even as early as Windows 7 Milestone 3 pre-Beta Build 6801 and 6801+, discernible details, components and features across the next iteration of the Windows client come with the promise of making users forget all about Windows Vista Service Pack 1 and even SP2, or even Windows XP Service Pack 3.

"We’ve had a pretty incredible couple of weeks at the PDC and WinHEC. Based on what we talked about you can imagine we are all rather busy as we transition from milestone 3 to beta. We trust many of you are enjoying 6801 (or perhaps we should say 6801+)," revealed Sinofsky earlier this week.

With Windows 7 pre-Beta Build 6801 changes stretch from the surface to under-the-hood optimizations, with the client evolving from both the perspective of the graphical user interface, user experience and interaction model but also in regard to the actual architecture of the operating system, with repercussions on performance, new capabilities and features, as well as compatibility and support.

The Windows 7 Desktop:

At the Professional Developers Conference 2008 in Los Angeles at the end of October, Chaitanya Sareen, a senior program manager for Microsoft, delivered a session in which he emphasized the evolution of the various elements on the desktop from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Sareen was already running a Windows 7 development milestone higher than Build 6801, namely Build 6933, which, of course, is still in pre-Beta stage. According to Sareen, the key goals with the Windows 7 desktop include: "things you use all the time are at your fingertips – it is easy to get the programs and destinations you use all the time, with less mouse movement and fewer clicks. Manage your windows with confidence – you can switch to the right windows quickly without mistakes and effortlessly position windows the way you want them. You are in control – the desktop reflects your style; you get to personalize the experience, choosing what is important to you, including how and when you receive notifications. Clean and lightweight – the desktop experience feels organized, light, open and is a pleasure to use; visuals and animations are delighters the first time and every time."

Windows 7 desktop elements:

1. The new Windows 7 Taskbar (the Superbar) – the Quick Launch area is gone, the Show Desktop button was moved all the way to the right hand side of the taskbar, and the entire space dedicated to housing opened programs can now be used to manage both launched applications and IE tabs, but also shortcuts to the most used items across the operating system.

2. Aero Peek – the way to switch windows without actually switching windows. Working in conjunction with the new Windows 7 Taskbar, Aero Peek is designed to highlight a single window corresponding to the mini-window that the user focuses on with the mouse on the thumnail of a specifically opened desktop item.

3. Windows 7 Taskbar Thumbnails – even in pre-beta Build 6801, the thumbnails for opened programs in Windows 7 are interactive. Unlike Vista, in Windows 7 users will be able to click thumbnails in order to access a specific opened application or window, to sneak (Aero) peek at the content, to close an item on the desktop, and even to run basic commands such as play and pause for Windows Media Player.

4. The Start menu and the mini Start Menus (Jumplists) – Microsoft has obviously revamped the Start Menu in Windows 7, from the search functionality to simple pin program actions. At the same time, the company will offer mini start menus, also called Jumplists, for each Taskbar item, allowing the user to jump directly to the tasks performed with a certain program, rather than executing the application and only then navigating to the task, be it a web page for Internet Explorer or a document for Word.

5. Overhauled notification area and the Action Center – those pesky and nagging notification balloons in the bottom right hand side of the screen will be a thing of the past in Windows 7. The successor of Windows Vista will allow end users to control notifications via the Action Center.

6. AeroShake – a feature locked in Windows 7 pre-Beta Build 6801, which allows users to control opened windows with mouse or touch gestures. Desktop items can be minimized or maximized by grabbing a window and shaking it.

7. DesktopSlideshow – is a feature designed as a combination between traditional static wallpapers and DreamScene animated backgrounds. It will allow users to have an image slideshow as their background.

8. New fonts – Windows Vista came to the table with Segoe and Windows 7 will deliver Gabriola, a new font.

9. Windows Sidebar is no longer a sidebar - the feature continues to exist in Windows 7, but it is no longer associated with the bar placed on the right hand side of the screen. In Windows 7 gadgets don’t have a dock anymore, and, just as in Vista, they can be placed all over the desktop.

10. The Windows Ribbon graphical user interface – Microsoft is attempting to change the old approach to GUI designs as it has become traditional in Windows, with a move to a new style introduced with the Office 2007 System. The company already introduced the Ribbon GUI in applications such as Paint and Wordpad but it is looking to convince developers to do the same for all third-party applications designed for Windows 7.

Windows 7 under-the-hood:

1. New installation process - Windows 7 pre-Beta Build 6801 comes with a tweaked installation process that automatically deploys the Ultimate SKU of the operating system. This could, of course, be a preview of Microsoft simplifying the number of Windows versions, but it is still too early to tell, and the company has not confirmed anything officially in this regard.

2. Faster boot – Microsoft has already demonstrated that the Milestone 3 of Windows 7 will boot faster than Windows Vista by a few seconds. It is only to be expected of the Redmond company to take startup performance to the next level with the forthcoming version of the Windows client.

3. MinWin – Windows 7 does not come with a new kernel, and it is in fact delivered as Windows version 6.1, whereas Vista is 6.0, but what it does come with is an isolated core. End users will not be able to see this, but Microsoft will, from now on, separate the development and innovation of the Windows NT kernel plus a limited number of core-components, labeled collectively as MinWin, from the rest of the operating system. This is known as componentization.

4. Support for over 64 processors and scaling up to 256 processors - "In the Windows 7 operating system, the 64-bit kernel supports more than 64 logical processors. To scale up to support this expanded number of processors, some applications and Windows kernel-mode components require modification," Microsoft stated.

5. Touch capabilities – Windows Vista offered a preview of things to come in terms of touch computing with the integration into Microsoft Surface. With Windows 7 the Redmond giant is simply taking Windows touch one step further. Windows 7 will come by default with a Natural User interface based on touch and gestures designed to work with the latest hardware technology, already integrated into computers sold on the market.

6. Cloud Integration - Windows Essentials – Windows 7 will no longer come with a range of applications bundled by default into its fabric. Instead, the operating system will reach into the cloud to grab applications such as an email or an instant messaging client.

7. Windows 7 Driver Verifier - "Driver Verifier monitors kernel-mode drivers to detect incorrect function calls or actions that might corrupt the system. For Windows 7, Driver Verifier has several features that did not exist in earlier versions of Windows, that detect new classes of driver defects, and that provide information for debugging these driver defects. This paper provides a preview of the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) documentation for these enhancements. Exposing these additional classes of common driver bugs assists driver developers in producing higher quality device drivers," Microsoft revealed.

8. Home Groups – with Windows 7 Microsoft has made it easier for computers in the same Home Group to share pictures, music, videos, documents and devices.

9. Windows Sensor and Location Platform – Windows 7 will know where users are; here is how Microsoft explains it: "The Windows Sensor and Location platform, which is new for Windows 7, enables your computer and applications to adapt to their current environment. With location sensors – including GPS devices, WWAN radios, and even triangulation technology – your applications and gadgets can know exactly where they are, enabling them to provide more locally relevant content and functionality."

10. Windows 7 Troubleshooting – Windows 7 brings to the table enhanced troubleshooting capabilities compared to Windows Vista. The next version of the Windows client will be able to resolve issues related to programs, devices, networking, printing, display, sound and performance.

First NVIDIA Tesla-Based Supercomputer in TOP500

Tokyo Tech builds Tesla GPU-based heterogeneous cluster - placed 29th in the world

The Tokyo Institute of Technology announced today that it would use NVIDIA Tesla GPUs to leverage the computational horsepower of its TSUBAME supercomputer. According to Tokyo Tech, the TSUBAME supercomputer would be able to peak 170 TFLOPS of theoretical peak performance with the addition of 170 Tesla S1070 1U systems. At the same time, the supercomputer delivers 77.48 TFLOPS of measured Linpack performance, which places it among the best ranks in the world’s Top500 Supercomputers, namely on the 29th place.

"Tokyo Tech is constantly investigating future computing platforms and it had become clear to us that to make the next major leap in performance, TSUBAME had to adopt GPU computing technologies,” said Satoshi Matsuoka, division director of the Global Scientific Information and Computing Center at Tokyo Tech. “In testing our key applications, the Tesla GPUs delivered speed-ups that we had never seen before, sometimes even orders of magnitude - a tremendous competitive boost for our scientists and engineers in reducing their time to solution.”

Matsuoka also talked about the ease of implementation, stating that “The entire upgrade was carried out in 1 week, and the TSUBAME supercomputer remained live throughout. This is an unprecedented feat in top-level supercomputing”.

“We are honored to partner with Tokyo Tech - world famous for their supercomputing expertise and success,” said Andy Keane, general manager of the GPU Computing business at NVIDIA. “NVIDIA Tesla breaking into the Top 500 marks a milestone in supercomputing history. The massively parallel GPU is now essential for supercomputing centers worldwide.”

Tokyo Tech is the first to achieve Top500 ranking with an NVIDIA Tesla based GPU cluster, while also being one of the hundreds of distinguished universities and supercomputing centers to consider adopting GPU based solutions for their research. The list of similar centers includes the National Center of Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois, Rice University, University of Heidelberg, University of Maryland, Max Planck Institute and the University of North Carolina.

The Tesla S1070 1U GPU system is built around the NVIDIA CUDA parallel architecture. Developers and researchers are able to benefit from the parallel architecture of the GPU through an industry standard C language programming environment.

E8 RTW Will Not Install on Windows 7 Pre-Beta

The final version of Internet Explorer 8 will not install on the pre-Beta version of Windows, according to Microsoft. Just as it is the case with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7, Windows 7 will come with Internet Explorer 8 as a default component. However, users of Windows 7 pre-beta will only be able to use the IE8 bits that come by default with the testing milestone, and not integrate the standalone variants of the next iteration of IE.

You will only be able to use the included build of IE8 in the Win 7 pre-beta bits,” revealed an Accessibility PM for IE, during the November 13, 2008 Windows Internet Explorer 8 Expert Zone Chat. The question was whether or not users running Windows 7 pre-beta bits would be able to install IE8 RTW (released to manufacturing) on the third development milestone of the operating system.

Microsoft is reportedly working to finalize Internet Explorer 8 by the end of November 2008. However, the Redmond company continues to not adhere to a final deadline for the delivery of the successor of Internet Explorer 7.

At the same time, it has pushed back the support cut-off date for Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 until December 31, 2008. Initially, support for the second Beta milestone of IE8 was planned to expire on November 1, which further fueled speculation that the gold version of the browser was due by the end of this month.

Still, Microsoft is not committing to anything in this respect. “We haven't announced the next public milestone for IE8. Our schedule is driven by build quality, which we use feedback from the community to help drive,” stated a member of the IE Feedback and Release team.

AMD Talks 45nm Deneb Processor

The upcoming chips will feature backwards compatibility with AM2 and AM2+ mobos

In an interview with Overclockers Australia, Garrath Johnson, Technical Manager from AMD Australia, has unveiled a few things about the upcoming Deneb microprocessor, the new chip Advanced Micro Devices has developed for desktop computers. According to Mr. Johnson, the key features of the new CPU are the 45 nanometer process technology used to manufacture it, and the enlarged cache size it will come with.

Initially, the new chip will be released for the AM2+ socket, and will come in two flavors. Moreover, all Deneb processors will be backwards compatible with AM2+. That means that AM3 Deneb parts will work on AM2+, yet will not allow pairing with DDR3 memory modules. The downside is that AM2+ parts will not work on AM3 motherboards with DDR3 kits. Those willing to use a Deneb on such a board will have to wait until the first quarter of the next year, when the company is expected to launch the DDR3 models.

According to Johnson, the AM3 models will allow users to install them on AM2 motherboards as well. Of course, that would eliminate the use of DDR3, and will also mean switching to a slower HyperTransport, but it is a great thing anyway. The standard cache size on Deneb will be 8MB, yet it seems that AMD also plans to release quad cores with a different cache size, but only smaller. It seems that the chip also features a number of architectural changes that leverage performance, yet most of the improvements reside in the process shrink and extra cache.

Johnson has also said that the first Deneb chips will feature a 3GHz core clock speed, and that they will prove good overclockers, even on air. The two first models will have a 125W TDP, yet AMD plans to release lower power quad cores as well, down all the way to 45W. Besides, the Sunnyvale company will continue to release “Black Edition” chips, as it has done until now with its dual, triple and quad-core models.

As Johnson has revealed, some BIOS updates will be necessary for those who wish to use the Denebs on older motherboards. However, this will be a matter of concern for motherboard makers, and they have already received samples of the chip. AMD will get manufacturing priority at the Foundry Company, but the chip maker says it will continue working with TSMC as well.

When referring to the cross-licensing issues that may appear with Intel, Garrath Johnson said that, “there’s cross-licensing the other way as well, and if we were to withdraw our licenses at the same time, our competition would go back to 1996. Ulangilah setiap pelajaran beberapa kali, misalnya sekali di pagi, sekali saat sore dan sekali lagi beberapa hari kemudian. Berikan waktu bagi otak anda untuk mencerna materi, tetapi yakinkan bahwa jarak antara masing-masing pelajaran tidak terlalu lama, misalnya lebih dari beberapa minggu. Buat kamu-kamu yang baru belajar bahasa Inggris ataupun udah pinter mungkin pernah ngalamin bingung alias gak ngerti arti sebuah kata dalam bahasa inggris kan? Pasti. Nah biasanya kita pake kamus untuk mencari artinya. Gimana kalo lagi gak ada kamus? Dalam tips ini kamu bisa memperoleh cara mencari arti kata dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan pengolah kata yang sering kamu pake.... ms-word!!

Gimana caranya? Gampang. Pertama ketikkan kata yang mau kamu ketahui artinya di sebuah dokumen ms-word, boleh buka baru ataupun yang udah ada tulisannya. Setelah kamu yakin spelling alias tulisannya bener, di blok aja tuh kata yang kamu belum ngerti artinya tadi.

Setelah itu klik tools dan pilih menu thesaurus. Kamu akan bisa melihat penjelasan dari arti kata tersebut beserta padanannya. Tentu saja dalam bahasa Inggris juga, tetapi kamu biasanya udah bisa nangkep artinya kok.

Oh iya, kamu juga bisa pake short cut Shift+F7 setelah proses blok untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sama.

Tips ini sangat berguna saat kamu belajar bahasa Inggris dan disuruh menerjemahkan sebuah artikel. Udah, ketik aja pake ms-word dan cari artinya menggunakan thesaurusnya.

Senang ngedengerin musik? Ikutan Indonesian Idol tapi belum berhasil masuk? Nah daripada stress, pakai aja tuh hobi buat belajar bahasa Inggris. Mau tau caranya? Baca terus yah....

Kamu percaya gak kalau dibilang bahwa susahnya mempelajari sesuatu itu terjadi karena kita ndak suka sama yang kita pelajari. Nah, sebenarnya memang bisa dikatakan demikian. bayangin aja kayak gini, kalau kamu tidak menyukai sesuatu biasanya kamu males untuk mengenal lebih jauh, males meluangkan waktu, ketemu masalah sedikit langsung putus asa dan bilang "Ahhh, susah nih". Lain halnya kalau kamu menyukai sesuatu, apapun yang terjadi kamu pasti akan berusaha mati-matian untuk memahaminya. Contohnya kalau kamu seneng sama seseorang, pasti kamu akan berusaha mendapat informasi tentang dia no matter how hard kan? Nah, itu artinya kamu sedang mempelajari tentang orang yang kamu senengin itu.

Jadi, kesimpulannya, kalau kamu suka, yang susah terasa mudah dan juga sebaliknya. Lha, terus apa hubungannya sama nyanyi? Gini...
Kalau kamu seneng nyanyi tapi gak terlalu berminat sama bahasa Inggris, coba deh kamu mulai mencari lagu-lagu yang berbahasa Inggris. Tentu saja cari yang lagunya enak dan penyanyinya kamu sukai baik karena suaranya maupun tampangnya. Logikanya, kalau kamu seneng ama lagu itu, kamu akan berusaha untuk emngerti arti lagu itu kan? Nah, secara tidak langsung kamu sudah menyenangi bahasa Inggris lantaran lagu itu. Gampang kan...
Sekarang saya akan menyampaikan beberapa tips yang semoga bisa bermanfaat buat kamu dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris lewat lagu:

1. Pilih lagu yang kamu sukai dan tentu saja penyanyinya juga lah.

2. Pilih lagu yang slow aja. Kenapa? Karena biasanya lagu slow lebih mudah ditangkep kata-katanya, cari juga lagu yang gak terlalu keras musik pengiringnya.

3. Cari teksnya, tetapi terlebih dahulu coba kamu dengerin dan tebak lirik lagunya, ini akan melatih logika bahasa dan listening kamu secara otomatis. Setelah kamu coba bikin lirik kamu coba cocokin sama lirik lagu yang sudah kamu peroleh. Cocok? Bagus. Kamu bisa cari lirik lagu di internet, caranya: googling aja pake keyword "lyrics ".

4. Coba ikut menyanyikan semirip mungkin dengan penyanyinya, hal ini akan melatih pronounciation kamu.

5. Kalau nemu kata-kata yang kamu gak ngerti, langsung cari di kamus, dan pake sesering mungkin dalam praktek ngomong. Biasanya lirik lagu diambil dari kata-kata yang sering dipakai, jadi kamu mestinya bisa mencoba mempraktekkannya sehari-hari. Kalau kamu ndak ada kesempatan praktek, coba aja buat kalimat sendiri dalam hati kamu. Hal ini akan membantu kamu dalam mengingat kata-kata baru tersebut lho. Nah dari sini, mustinya vocab kamu makin baik.

6.Terakhir, usahain jangan beli bajakan, biar kualitas suaranya bagus dan gak bikin kuping sakit.

• Datanglah dengan persiapan yang matang dan lebih awal.
Bawalah semua alat tulis yang Anda butuhkan, seperti pensil, pulpen, kalkulator, kamus, jam (tangan), penghapus, tip ex, penggaris, dan lain-lainnya. Perlengkapan ini akan membantumu untuk tetap konsentrasi selama mengerjakan ujian.

• Tenang dan percaya diri.
Ingatkan dirimu bahwa Anda sudah siap sedia dan akan mengerjakan ujian dengan baik.

• Bersantailah tapi waspada.
Pilihlah kursi atau tempat yang nyaman untuk mengerjakan ujian. Pastikan Anda mendapatkan tempat yang cukup untuk mengerjakannya. Pertahankan posisi duduk tegak.

• Preview soal-soal ujianmu dulu (bila ujian memiliki waktu tidak terbatas)
Luangkan 10% dari keseluruhan waktu ujian untuk membaca soal-soal ujian secara mendalam, tandai kata-kata kunci dan putuskan berapa waktu yang diperlukan untuk menjawab masing-masing soal. Rencanakan untuk mengerjakan soal yang mudah dulu, baru soal yang tersulit. Ketika Anda membaca soal-soal, catat juga ide-ide yang muncul yang akan digunakan sebagai jawaban.

• Jawab soal-soal ujian secara strategis.
Mulai dengan menjawab pertanyaan mudah yang Anda ketahui, kemudian dengan soal-soal yang memiliki nilai tertinggi. Pertanyaan terakhir yang seharusnya Anda kerjakan adalah:
> soal paling sulit,
> yang membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menulis jawabannya,
> memiliki nilai terkecil.

• Ketika mengerjakan soal-soal pilihan ganda, ketahuilah jawaban yang harus dipilih/ditebak.
Mula-mulai, abaikan jawaban yang Anda tahu salah. Tebaklah selalu suatu pilihan jawaban ketika tidak ada hukuman pengurangan nilai, atau ketika tidak ada pilihan jawaban yang dapat Anda abaikan. Jangan menebak suatu pilihan jawaban ketika Anda tidak mengetahui secara pasti dan ketika hukuman pengurangan nilai digunakan. Karena pilihan pertama akan jawabanmu biasanya benar, jangan menggantinya kecuali bila Anda yakin akan koreksi yang Anda lakukan.

• Ketika mengerjakan soal ujian esai, pikirkan dulu jawabannya sebelum menulis.
Buat kerangka jawaban singkat untuk esai dengan mencatat dulu beberapa ide yang ingin Anda tulis. Kemudian nomori ide-ide tersebut untuk mengurutkan mana yang hendak Anda diskusikan dulu.

• Ketika mengerjakan soal ujian esai, jawab langsung poin utamanya.
Tulis kalimat pokokmu pada kalimat pertama. Gunakan paragraf pertama sebagai overview esaimu. Gunakan paragraf-paragraf selanjutnya untuk mendiskusikan poin-poin utama secara mendetil. Dukung poinmu dengan informasi spesifik, contoh, atau kutipan dari bacaan atau catatanmu.

• Sisihkan 10% waktumu untuk memeriksa ulang jawabanmu.
Periksa jawabanmu; hindari keinginan untuk segera meninggalkan kelas segera setelah Anda menjawab semua soal-soal ujian. Periksa lagi bahwa Anda telah menyelesaikan semua pertanyaan. Baca ulang jawabanmu untuk memeriksa ejaan, struktur bahasa dan tanda baca. Untuk jawaban matematika, periksa bila ada kecerobohan (misalnya salah meletakkan desimal). Bandingkan jawaban matematikamu yang sebenarnya dengan penghitungan ringkas.

• Analisa hasil ujianmu.
Setiap ujian dapat membantumu dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk ujian selanjutnya. Putuskan strategi mana yang sesuai denganmu. Tentukan strategi mana yang tidak berhasil dan ubahlah. Gunakan kertas ujian sebelumnya ketika belajar untuk ujian akhir.

1. Kecerdasan Linguistik / Word Smart
Kecerdasan Linguistik adalah kemampuan
menggunakan kata-kata secara efektif, baik untuk
mempengaruhi maupun memanipulasi. Dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari kecerdasan linguistik
bermanfaat untuk: berbicara, mendengarkan,
membaca, dan menulis.
Pekerjaan yang mengutamakan kecerdasan ini
antara lain: guru, orator, bintang film, presenter TV,
pengacara, penulis, dsb.

2. Kecerdasan Logis-Matematis: Number Smart
Kecerdasan Logis-Matematis melibatkan ketrampilan
mengolah angka dan atau kemahiran menggunakan
logika atau akal sehat.
Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kecerdasan ini
bermanfaat untuk: menganalisa laporan keuangan,
memahami perhitungan utang nasional, atau

Dalam dunia sehari-hari kita sangat memerlukan

botol, memasang lampu di rumah, memperbaiki

diperlukan - dan seringkali disebut sebagai "yang lebih
